It is set up to create the bookmarklet from the following tag:
<txp:btx_bookmarklets adminURL="http://yoursite.com/textpattern/" />
You have to set adminURL to the URL of your admin area for TXP, and the bookmarklet will only work if you have TXP set to remember your login.
