asy_category_tags
Adds three tags. Two are replacements for category_list and category_popup which are section-sensitive, i.e. they only contain categories that have posts in the current section, and they link to the current section.
The third tag is an article-tag that shows the catagories that a post is in (or displays nothing if no category is set).
