White and Wild
The White and Wild theme designed for the Textpattern Template Competition is actually more than a simple theme. Its a fully developed Textpattern site including a home page, archives page, links page, about page and contact form. It uses a revolutionary new install process – the theme is installed as a standard Textpattern plugin. All forms, pages and styles are added in seconds. Even the required sections can be setup automatically by running a SQL script provided with the install.
Other features:

Really nice template. I’ve just installed it, and its working beautifully. One quick question – I’m new to textpattern (and obviously this template), so how can get a static homepage (ie doesn’t update when I post to another section). I’m sure its simple?
I like the way it looks – it is spacious and clear. Maybe a monochrome version would be nice as well? Thanks for the demo.

That’s a very nice template! Thanks for the time and energy I know it took to create it. I really like the crisp, clear look that it presents. The text is very clear and easy to read, the picture is a good size and in a good place without overpowering anything, and the links to all of the popular news feed sites (dig, del.icio.us, etc) are very helpful. The only thing I find a bit odd is that the Links and Contact pages both seem to have a large blank space on the right-hand side (the links page looks the oddest). Perhaps a picture could be added to these pages as well? By themselves, these two pages don’t look that off, but when you view them right after looking at other pages in the template, they look a little strange. Just my thoughts on this otherwise good template.
Interesting! I was looking for the demo but I couldn’t find it in the link you provided. Does this work in any browser? Is there any bug encountered? If you have the demo, I hope you can also include a link to a list of solutions in case probable problems may be encountred.
