smd_pullquote

Generate magazine-style pullquotes from your article content. Just markup interesting quotes in your article body, give it some style and let the plugin do the rest.

  • Uses jquery to perform the magic: quotes come directly from the article body text
  • Words can be omitted from quotes to make them shorter/snappier
  • Random quote option
  • Ability to hide the original quotes in the document body
  • Position the quotes using CSS (position:absolute is best) or simple maths in the plugin
  • MLP-aware
  • Works seamlessly alongside other javascript libraries such as mootools

Requires v0.32 of smd_lib and a recent jquery (tested with v1.2.1).
