This plugin is a complete gallery manager for Textpattern, including a powerful tag for displaying galleries or single images in-line or in a customized new window.

The gallery manager allows you to upload and modify images (flip/mirror/resize), auto-create up to three thumbnails per image, use JPG/PNG/GIF formats, auto-detect and rotate images based on EXIF data, add caption texts for each image, and apply custom CSS/templating functionality to the image viewer window. Image sorting is easy, too.

The plugin automatically creates/updates the required db tables – no hacks required. Safe-mode-compatible, requires GDlib.

Please note that the plugin actually consists of two plugins: wow_gallery and wow_gallery_lib. Both must be installed and active for the plugin features to work.
