The last version is 0.7, and the download link is http://johan.galaxen.net/file_download/27
The download site for 0.7 is down but I have found this to be a very useful plugin so I have made it available for download here.

Great plugin. However, the ‘frontpage’ conditionals don’t test for the ‘month’ parameter.
glx_if_frontpage only tests for section, category, search query and pages
glx_if_section_frontpage only tests for category and article listing.
If you append ‘?month=2009-02’ onto the URL you’ll get a list of articles just from Feb 2009. But this plugin will incorrectly think that you are on the frontpage of the site (or section).
