rsx_word_count

Two tags are made available with this plugin: rsx_word_count (number of words in a post), and rsx_total_word_count (number of words in all of your posts).

<txp:rsx_word_count />
This tag returns the number of words in a post. Just place the <txp:rsx_word_count /> tag in a article form template, and it should tell you the number of words in the corosponding article.

<txp:rsx_total_word_count />
This tag returns the total number of words in all of your posts. You can place this tag anywhere on a form or page template, as it gets the value right from the database.

Mikael Jelveby:
The “total_word_count” part of this plugin seems to return all characters instead of all words in the posts. At least as of RC3 (Revision 240+ something).
This is a known bug, and hasn’t been addressed because I can’t think of a simple and fast way to generate the value.
