ras_enable_content
ras_enable_links is called from a link form with linklist. In any case ras_enable_links and ras_disable_links are contained in this plugin The following display newly entered links for 20 hours:

The textpattern tag in the page template would go this way.
<ul><txp:linklist form="newlinks" /></ul>
Plugin updated to provide download file conditionals.
