Could anyone help me with the server variables in this plugin? Emails aren’t going out when this form is used on my site.

I think this Script has a Bug jet: When you have sent an eMail and then refresch, the eMail ist send another time :( I’ve Translated it into German so far and try to do a workaround – I’ll up it, when it’s done.
