Maybe someone else knows what Usel is, ‘cause heck if I know. I’ve been meaning to ask Joe for years. I have only his reference to it.

My qualified guess is that it’s a misspelled quote from Joe’s side. It should be “Tell me about your homeworld Usul” – note Usul not Usel.
Usul is the “sietch” name for the main character Paul Atreides (Muad’Dib)
It’s from the Dune book(s) by Frank Herbert.
